Austrian Lazarus Help Association part of the United Grand Priories (May 2011)

It is with great pleasure that we can report that Lazarus Aid Austria (LHO) now belongs to the large global family of the United Grand Priories of the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus by means of its active involvement with the Union of the Corps San Lazare International and the constant synergy with our Grand Priory of Austria led by our Grand Prioress Dame Martina Mitter DLJ.
Lazarus Help Austria provides a professional transport service and support for disabled people, homeless people and others needing help and attention. Becoming part of our Austrian family was a logical consequence of our long mutual sympathy.
Of course, this collaboration with Lazarus Help Austria does not mean LHO will lose its independence and autonomy of decision-making. As a member of the United Grand Priories, Lazarus Help Austria declares its acceptance of our vision, our goals and our principles and will support and add to the work of the UGP through its own corresponding contributions.
